When you told us you were building a web-site and asked if we would consider writing you a recommendation we said “ Of Course We Will ” !

Mark and I had been thinking about, planning, designing and re-designing a major renovation project to our home for years. When we were finally ready to look for a contractor you were recommended to us as someone we should talk with. We are glad we did.

Our home needed a bigger master bed and bath suite, master deck, roof and a general exterior face lift. When you said you were an idea person you weren’t kidding. Some of your design proposals really caught our attention. The project is now several years old and we still could not be more pleased.

I also want to commend you on being a man of your word. As you told us when we were first negotiating our agreement … “ a Warranty is only as good as the person standing behind it and you are the person who stands behind yours ”. Well, as you will remember, about a year after the work was done I mentioned to you that we were having some issues with the new master bathroom floor tile. A few of the tile pieces felt like they were coming loose. You came over to investigate and decided that maybe when they were installed perhaps they were not properly secured over the heated floor you had put in beneath it. Although we told you that we would be satisfied with just having you repair those tiles that were loose, you decided that it would be best to re-do the entire tile floor, heating pad and all. That was something that we truly had not expected but is certainly something that we both have truly respected.

We were so pleased with the outcome of the first home renovation project you helped design and build for us and the way you handled our bathroom tile repair that we did not hesitate to have you back again on two occasions to help us with additional remodeling work. Once to enlarge the bedroom of our “Mother – in – Law” suite and then later to completely gut, re-design and re-do our guest bathroom.
