As you know, Becky and I recently moved back to Clarksville and into the home that my parents left to me after they passed.

Although a solidly built brick home in a moderate neighborhood filled with lots of great family memories, it was built in the early 60’s and quite outdated. It only had one and one half bathrooms, a very small kitchen with eating area as part of the living room, and an attached but unfinished one car garage. We didn’t want to sell the house, but we did want a home that would better suit our particular needs while staying within our budget. We wanted some upgrades with sufficient storage space, as well as, two full bathrooms. We wanted a large, open kitchen/dining area where we could entertain and feed family and friends.

When we met you, we shared our thoughts, dreams and concerns. Becky shared sketches of plans of what she wanted, and you listened and gave us more ideas of the possibilities. Well, we not only liked your patient but business-like manner, your sense of integrity, and flexibility, but your creative ideas, as well. So, we chose you as our contractor and the rest is history!

One of the things I appreciated about you was your daily presence at the work site. You did everything possible to avoid delay of the project and finished well within the contract timeline. Becky now has the huge kitchen/dining area, island and cabinets she wanted. The master bed and bath suit our needs, and the old garage has become the place where we spend most of our time. Raising the floor in the garage was absolutely the right thing to do. We enjoy the feeling of it being a natural part of the house.

We just wanted you to know how happy we are with how you worked with us, even when we changed our minds several times, and helped us to upgrade the Old “Home Place” into a Real “Gem”.
